got computer back ready to start playing again,got on game was lagging bad moving in step by step slow motion when to options and went to change my resolution to see if it was that ,so i change to lowest res,and it made everything big to the point when i click on options, i cant click to go back and change it.so how can i change the resolution on d.o.d options if i cant even get to it.i erased all staem game and files and change resolution on computer and re-insatalled game and still the same issue.wut do i do.if any1 had dis issue could use some help.

LOL Sorry but that is what you get when you try to reinstall your old hacks : ) NO I have not had that problem. Can you do a fall back to your last change? You know switch it back to where it was originally by going to recovery system and going to the last date before you had the problem?

i had that problem when they changed suff> set my fps_max to 200 then all has been well.

I had the same prob as you. I tried changing my resolution and all kinds of stuff. My problem was: steam got rid of the d3d video option which i used. and now only offer software (which is poop) or open-gl (which is good). my video card was had some d3d options- i shut them off and turned on some open-gl options. then everything was alot better. the last thing was that steam turned up the max fps (frames per second) from 100 to 200. so, in game console type fps_max 200. after that i was great!

k went to console and type in fps_max 200 and still the same.everything still to big and i mean big like im wearing bifocals.

Ok here is how my recovery system works. Be careful you don't want to do a full factory recovery just go back to a time when everything was working right and is if it works.
control panel
all control panel items
recovery
restore this computer to an earlier point in time
open system restore and put in a date that you think when things were working.

If your system does do work like this search restore or recovery point. Good luck. Hope this helps
